At Studio Alara, every piece is carefully packed and dispatched to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched.

Express & Worldwide Delivery

• Standard Domestic Express: 2–4 business days.
• International Express Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number and direct courier tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Alara is not responsible for these charges if applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Studio Alara is not liable for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
